Eathan's 2nd grade teacher's name is Mrs. Schmidt. She has them call her Schmidter so that there is less chance of slipping the m. Anyway, The class built an entire city. Eathan was in charge of the Police Station. He was very proud of his building, it even had a secret room. They are also in the process of growing these plants (they look illeagle to me). It is all in a effort to teach them what goes into a community. There is even a Temple. Good job Eathan and Schmidter!

Cute idea. If I'm ever a teacher, I'll have to use this idea.
I wouldn't have given it a second thought till you pointed out how close the words are. That's when I stumble. I can never order the Sticky Fingers meal at Wingers anymore because I'm trying so hard not to say a different term. So I just point to the menu. I hope to never know a Ms. Schmidt now, or I'm going to be in trouble.
Can't you drop the m in Schmidter, just as easily as in Schmidt? Hee, hee!
