So it went something like this. After Katie's blessing, we were all sitting around being bored, well Darrin was bored, and so someone, Darrin, had the idea to go for a little hike. It took some serious talking but Darrin and Jennifer convinced Scott and Spencer to go on a "short, little, hike".
Jessie helped to assure the boys that it was an easy hike to Lake Mary and that it would
be a nice activity. About three hours later they came back and Scott announced, " I am never, never, never going on a hike with Darrin again, and I will never trust Jessie again!"
The hike was a little more difficult than Scott had anticipated and he quit 3/4 of the way there. Spencer stayed back with Scott and Savannah while Darrin, Gavin and Jen went on to the lake. We'll see how long it takes Scotty to forgive everyone, we know it won't be long, he is too nice to hold a grudge!
