The Grand Conyon

Today we went to the Grand Canyon. It is really spectacular! Some spots are better than others but it is really pretty. Ryan got our group a handicap pass, due to two pregnant ladies and a newborn so we gt to spend our time looking at the canyon instead of walking from the parking lots or waiting for the shuttle.

Gavin is taking in the canyon through the telescope. I think the telescope was more impressive to the kids than the canyon.

We had lunch at the park and continued on our tour. Afterward, we went to an IMAX movie about the history of the Canyon and then to dinner at a yummy diner in Williams. It was a long day but so much fun. It is hard to believe that I am 35 and have lived so close my whole life and never have been before.
