This was the best meal of the week! It was so good and of course entertaining as well. The kids loved the fire and our chef was really good. Even Katie liked it and was enthralled with the fire. Darrin had to fly to Chicago earlier that day and so he missed out. It was a great ending to a very fun week. The next day we headed back to Utah. I caravaned with Darrell and Joan and PK and Heather until we got to Kanab. I went the St George route and stopped to see Spencer. We made the whole trip in about 10 hours, including all of the stops along the way. The kids were great and Katie held up until the last 30 minutes - not too bad I would say. It was good to finally get home, but we are looking forward to our next trip to see who ever is next on the list to visit.
